About the role : 

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen the HR team (currently a team of 3). This position requires a good knowledge of recruitment techniques and innovations such as AI, but also an in-depth knowledge of the iGaming / sports betting environment. You will be working on a daily basis with the hirings managers of the BUs for which you are responsible, to recruit the best experts in the field.

As Talent Acquisition specialist at North Star, you will :

• Implement the appropriate recruitment strategy according to the Business Unit needs : you’ll be responsible for the recruitment KPI’s, the report and for the efficiency and quality of recruitment in the BUs under your responsibility.

• Publish job offers via our ATS (Team Tailor), job boards and social networks around for your BUs and establish a sourcing strategy through the best online channels per country to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate preferences and coordinate the recruitment process, analyze requirements and support/train them in recruitment practices : assisting in drafting and refining descriptions for the positions.

• Set up a headhunting strategy to track the best profiles in the Igaming industry (SEO, Market Manager, Content manager, Tech profiles, etc).

• Interview applicants & coordinate interviews with managers and hiring team.

• Staying updated on industry trends and providing valuable insights to the recruiting team.

Your profile :

✅Minimum 3 years of successfully sourcing and recruiting experience in sports media / sports betting operator / igaming industry or affiliate company (in-depth understanding of the sports betting ecosystem)

✅You’re fluent in english and able to communicate in french as well

✅Well-organised and performance oriented : you know how to deploy the right strategies to find expert profiles in record time

✅Keep abreast of recruitment trends and propose innovative solutions, in particular through the use of AI tools (you've already successfully used AI in your recruitment processes)

✅Good communication skills : you know how to work as part of a team, especially with managers
