North Star Network hosts sports fan communities across the world. We run sports media in over 30 countries, helping bettors make informed choices about their wagers and where to place them.

To best serve our product and project development, we are currently opening a Head of Strategy role.

A few figures about our portfolio of websites, which cover sports including football, boxing, MMA, e-sports, basketball and more.

👉 covering 40+ markets

At North Star Network, you will closely work with the Head of SEO, head of content, PO, sales team and project managers on differents website as https://mg.superesportes.com.br, https://www.topmercato.com/, https://wesportfr.com/, footballwhispers.com or http://premierleaguebrasil.com.br/

As a Head of Strategy, you’ll contribute to the company roadmap, HR plan, recruitment and P&L.

More specifically, you will :

🚀 Deliver go-to-market roadmaps :

• Using methods to evaluate market potentials

• Be able to use assets and identify missing assets on key markets

• Do market studies and build market & site strategies

🚀 Work on company-scale projects to improve our market reach

🚀 Empower team: recruit, train and structure the market manager 

🚀 Be responsible for market performance overall

How your success will be measured:

• Objectives per market and market reach

• Management of the Regional Managers

Requirements

Your profile:

✅ Previous experience in gaming media with high volumes & several markets or experience in sports media / sports betting operator

✅ Ideally, you have experience in management

✅ You already dealt with 8-figures P&L

✅ Fluent in English

✅ Well-organised

✅ Autonomous, able to work with small teams.

✅ Keen interest in sports is an advantage ⚽ 🥊🏈
