Site Coordinator: LubSport (Polish Sports Media)

About the role

North Star Network is relaunching LubSport with a clear editorial identity and ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a Site Coordinator to lead this project. This hybrid role combines day-to-day content production with leadership responsibilities.

If you are passionate about Polish sport and digital publishing, have a strong understanding of how to angle and package content for SEO, thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, and are eager to shape a site’s editorial identity from the ground up, this is the perfect opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead editorial planning and execution for LubSport across football, tennis, evergreen content, and betting/streaming guides.

• Write daily articles (news, features, explainer pieces, evergreen updates).

• Coordinate translations from NSN partner sites, ensuring content always has a Polish hook.

• Build and maintain evergreen hub pages.

• Help recruit, train, and manage part-time writers; check quality, formatting, SEO, and publishing standards.

• Analyse traffic performance, identify top/flop content, and adapt strategy accordingly.

• Proactively highlight new content opportunities.

Your profile

• Native or fluent Polish speaker with excellent written communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of Polish sport and Polish athletes abroad.

• Experience in digital publishing and SEO-driven content production.

• Organised, autonomous, and capable of balancing writing with management.

• Previous experience managing contributors or freelance writers is a plus.

• Enthusiasm for tennis and betting/streaming content a bonus.

What we expect

• Launch phase: Candidate to write and publish at least 25 articles per week.

• After scaling with contributors: 20+ articles per week, plus oversight of contributor output.

• Ensure every article meets editorial and SEO standards:

– Minimum 300 words
– At least one H2 sub-heading
– Internal linking to hubs/player pages/related content
