English speaking Market Manager H/F

Job Description

North Star Network is a digital media group, specialised in covering sports and gaming news on a global scale.

As we are establishing a strong presence internationally, we are now looking for a dedicated Market Manager English speaking to develop audience and sites in target countries.

The Market Manager orchestrates market intelligence to maximize the P&L of the market portfolio.

More specifically you will :

🚀 Follow and implement the Business Unit strategy to develop markets and optimize websites’performances

🚀Work closely with the other team members (SEO, Content, tech, account, admin) to address blocking points / suggests improvements on your market

🚀Manage Content executives

🚀Report state of art/plans on the market portfolio to the Regional Manager

🚀Provide Market Intelligence – legal framework, new clients & competitors

🚀Conduct market studies that include KW studies (GSC, Analytics and SEO tools), analysis of operators, competitors and industry trends.

🚀Update, Optimize and Report on strategic content to ensure the market’s potential is fully addressed

Your KPIs:

• Market Coverage

• On-site Monetization

• FTDs

Requirements

Your Profile:

✅ Keen on sports, gambling and gaming

✅ At least two years’ experience in a similar role

✅ Previous experience in online monetization (especially affiliate marketing) would be a plus.

✅ Native is a must

✅ CMS (ideally WordPress) and Analytics tools

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and team
