Business Manager – Eastern Europe (iGaming Affiliate Marketing)

About the Role

  • Regional business leadership role covering Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia, and nearby markets.

  • Responsible for commercial content strategy, SEO growth, recruitment, and data-driven performance management across NSN’s Eastern European portfolio.

  • Report Business Unit Coordinator, and collaborates closely with the central SEO, M&A, Business, and Media teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Performance

  • Drive P&L, traffic, and monetisation performance for all Eastern European sites.

  • Build and execute market-specific growth strategies using data and analytics.

  • Use data dashboards and performance reviews to monitor revenue, SEO, and conversion trends.

  • Supervise sales and account managers in the execution and optimisation of affiliate and media partnerships, ensuring alignment with regional targets.

  • Guarantee compliance with local licensing and responsible gaming frameworks.

2. Commercial Content & SEO

  • Oversee production, localisation, and optimisation of commercial content (promo codes, betting apps, casino pages, how-to guides).

  • Define clear KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue per page) and monitor delivery quality.

  • Partner with the central SEO team to implement data-backed technical and on-page improvements.

Prioritise and scale content initiatives with the highest business impact.

3. Team Leadership & Recruitment

  • Manage and structure a cross-market team including:
    • Content Team Leader

    • Head of SEO

    • Account Manager 

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach talents across SEO, content, and account roles.

  • Foster a data-driven and performance-oriented team culture.

  • Ensure consistent collaboration between SEO, content, and commercial operations.

4. Market Intelligence & Data Insights

  • Monitor regional trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory evolution.

  • Translate analytics insights into strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps.

  • Share key performance learnings and forecasts with central management.

  • Ensure all content and campaigns are culturally adapted and SEO-relevant to each market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in iGaming, affiliate, or SEO-focused business management.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills – confident with dashboards, KPIs, and growth metrics.

  • Experience supervising sales/account teams and coordinating cross-functional performance.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.

  • Fluency in English and ideally one of the local languages (Polish, Ukrainian, Czech, or Russian).

  • Entrepreneurial, organised, and result-oriented mindset.
