About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Manager to lead Bojoko.com and Bojoko.ca, two high-potential casino comparison and review platforms.

The role focuses on growth, monetisation, and international expansion, with the objective of turning Bojoko into a global, multi-market brand for casino and iGaming content.

You’ll manage the P&L, SEO strategy, commercial content roadmap, and market localisation while coordinating a cross-functional team across content, SEO, and affiliate operations.

You’ll report to the Business Unit Coordinator and work closely with NSN’s central SEO, Product, and M&A teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Performance & Growth

  • Own and grow the P&L for Bojoko.com and Bojoko.ca.
  • Design and execute growth strategies for each market (Canada, UK, and new target countries).
  • Monitor performance across traffic, conversion, and revenue KPIs via dashboards and analytics.
  • Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets (e.g., LatAm, EU, Africa).
  • Ensure compliance with local licensing and responsible gaming frameworks.

2. Commercial Content & SEO

  • Lead the commercial content roadmap (casino reviews, guides, comparison pages, bonus listings).
  • Define clear KPIs for content (traffic, conversion, revenue per page) and monitor delivery quality.
  • Work with the central SEO and tech teams to implement technical and on-page optimisations.
  • Develop data-driven content strategies for international scaling (language expansion, localisation, link acquisition).

3. Team Leadership

  • Manage and structure a distributed team including:
    • Content Lead
    • SEO Lead
    • Account Manager / Affiliate Partnerships
  • Recruit, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure a performance-driven culture.
  • Foster strong coordination between content, SEO, and commercial operations.

4. International Expansion & Market Intelligence

  • Map and prioritise new markets for Bojoko’s rollout.
  • Conduct market research on competition, regulation, and user behaviour.
  • Build business cases for international launches and localised versions.
  • Share insights, trends, and forecasts with NSN’s central management and M&A team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or SEO-driven business management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset – confident using data dashboards and KPIs.
  • Experience in launching or localising products across multiple markets.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, content monetisation, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Fluency in English (any additional language is a plus, Spanish, Portuguese, …).
  • Entrepreneurial, organised, and results-oriented profile.
