Product Owner – Casino Affiliate

About the role : 

NorthStar is seeking a strategic Product Owner to drive the growth and excellence of our casino-affiliate portfolio. You will work closely with the Head of Product & the BU team to design, prioritise, and launch features that boost user engagement and
affiliate revenue.

As our Product Owner you will

• Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog for all casino affiliate properties.

• Collaborate daily with the Head of Product

• Partner with SEO and content teams to drive organic growth of casino pages.

• Collaborate with UX/UI, Head of Product & BU team to refine requirements and deliver high-impact features.

• Analyze traffic and conversion data; run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize funnels.

• Monitor KPIs—session duration, click-through rate, conversion, and report to stakeholders.

• Be part of sprint planning, demos and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and clear stakeholder communication.

Your profile should include :

• 3+ years as Product Owner in a casino-affiliate or iGaming environment.

• Hands-on with Agile tools (Asana/Notion) and prioritisation frameworks or similar.

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Lookerstudio or similar BI tools.

• Excellent verbal/written communication in English.

• Demonstrated success growing FTDs and SEO traffic for affiliate sites.

• Knowledge of casino bonus types, game monetization and regulatory considerations.
