About the role
We are currently seeking a Head of Content, you will oversee and optimize the content production process, ensuring smooth workflows and team coordination. This role streamlines content creation while empowering content managers to lead their teams and maintain quality standards.
As our Head of Content you will;
Management:

Deliver content focused and aligned with user intent.

You will be responsible for building a team and developing the tools and processes needed.

Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the content team, fostering growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance and productivity, conduct regular reviews, and offer constructive feedback.

Streamline the content production process, ensuring smooth communication between teams, market contacts, and other departments.

Gather feedback from content managers to identify areas for process optimization.
Strategy:

Collaborate with Market Managers: Align content priorities with business goals and audience needs.

Refine Content Topics: Prioritize high-impact keywords and content based on market insights.

Collaboration with transversal teams to set and adapt the strategy of each website.

Track Performance: Monitor content metrics to optimize for engagement and conversions.

Create Briefs: Develop clear content briefs with goals, keywords, and audience insights.

Set Deadlines & Expectations: Establish timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for smooth workflows.
Content quality check:

Prepare and share guidelines with Content Managers, so they can ensure the content meets the brief's requirements, adheres to SEO guidelines, and aligns with business goals, add to the guidelines for writers the Facts-Checking & Accuracy.

Ensure that the content publication is consistent: Ensure that the tone, style, and formatting are consistent across all content and meet brand standards.

Internal Linking Optimization: Ensure that content incorporates the appropriate internal linking structure to guide users through the site and boost SEO performance.
Add collaborations with other roles (PO, Business Manager, other Heads of Content, tech etc)
Your profile should include;

3+ years of experience in a similar content-related role within the iGaming business and passionate about it

Fluent in Spanish & proficient in English (used for internal communication)

Commercially driven and have a strong understanding of what converts

You know how to build and manage a content development strategy

Proven experience in organisational and project management roles

Data-driven mindset, analytical and results-oriented

Strong team and leadership skills

Hands-on SEO experience

Knowledge of content related tools, WordPress, Ahrefs, Clarity.
