Talent Manager

North Star Network is a digital media group, specialised in covering sports and gaming on a global scale. Young and ambitious, the company operates in a highly competitive environment favourable to innovation and operational excellence.

To best serve our growth, we are looking to recruit a Talent Manager.

The Talent Manager mission is to build teams matching company strategy.

You will join an international team of 25. You will directly report to the founder of North Star Network and will play a key role in the success of the company.

As a Talent Manager, you will:

Attract the best talents: From France and from all around the World through the use of the most efficient tools and creative ideas. You will be able to create strong relationships with the candidates to make them want to join North Star Network.

Recruit the right talents: You will identify potential talents through CVs & portfolios; offer the best possible candidate experience, you know how to conduct a good interview in order to submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers.

Be efficient: You will track metrics and find solutions to improve your way of working.

Overview skills and plan trainings: in coordination with managers and team members, you will establish a global talents training program.

Plan team members HR experience: quarterly objectives, annual reviews, Compensation and benefits policy

Lead the payroll: in coordination with the accountancy

The perfect candidate

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in a company or in a recruitment agency).
  • Organisational skills: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload. You are able to follow the hiring process with great rigor.
  • Communication skills: You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent North Star Network and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: You speak both French and English.
  • Education: You have a French Master's degree or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field.
